Job Summary:\We are looking for a skilled Principal Systems Engineer to lead our Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing engineering and quality governance activities and will be responsible for identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks.

Responsibilities:\
• Develop and implement effective governance frameworks;
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement;
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;

Requirements:\
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
