Role Overview:\We are seeking a skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing engineering and quality governance activities and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:\
• Develop and implement governance frameworks;
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement;
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;

Requirements:\
• Degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
