About the Role: As a Health and Social Care Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in strengthening collaboration between health, social care, public health, and the Voluntary and Community Sector. You will be responsible for providing information and signposting individuals to relevant services, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,964 per annum (pro-rata) plus driving allowance up to £2,500 p.a. (pro-rata)
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
