The Senior Design Manager will be a key member of their Regional, Framework or Joint Venture Leadership Team, working closely with the Regional Operations Director to ensure the successful delivery of Engineering. This will require the development of a strong interface with the regional operations team, Client, external Design Consultants, and the Design Delivery Managers who will provide our internal design service if required.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for the regions Service Level Agreement, Deliverables, and overall Design Brief, ensuring that adequate sign resources, systems, processes, and controls are in place at all times to deliver measurable programme and project level success.
- Develop and implement Digital Technologies and/or Advanced Applications within construction projects.
- Experience in planning, progress measurement, and change management of engineering activities on all project phases from front-end design through to construction, commissioning, and Takeover.
- Good IT skills, including software skills in MS Excel & Word.
