About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team in London & South East. This is an excellent opportunity to drive new business within Leased & Tenanted pubs while developing and maintaining key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Leased & Tenanted pubs, ensuring they meet the minimum spend criteria.
  • Retail and grow existing key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with telephone account managers to manage leads and build strong relationships.
  • Work closely with external Pub Co area managers to uncover new opportunities within their pub estate.
  • Continuously improve the Leased & Tenanted deal to maintain Brakes' position as the leading foodservice wholesaler in the UK.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Customer First, with a passion for pub food. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing customers face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of retention and growth of accounts.
  • Stakeholder management/engagement experience.
  • Proven Excel & Powerpoint skills to produce well-organised planning and maximise selling time in trade.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce is advantageous.
