Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Coordinator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our physical retail stores, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement store design concepts that align with our brand strategy and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of retail projects.
- Manage and coordinate the design and development process for store rollouts, including concept development, design refinement, and implementation.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality design and construction services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, designers, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Proven experience in retail project management, with a focus on store design and development.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store layout, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
- Full driving license.
