About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Coordinator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our retail stores and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with our creative project lead to design and develop innovative store concepts, visual merchandising strategies, and in-store experiences that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the design and development process of store development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Retail Operations: Work closely with our retail operations team to understand our business strategy and commercial goals, and develop solutions that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Efficiency and Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and customer experience, and develop initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Programme Coordination: Coordinate the execution of store development projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project timelines and milestones.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail project management, visual merchandising, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent design and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field, such as design, business, or marketing.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
