Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Coordinator at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our physical stores and delivering an elevated retail experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of store development projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy and goals.
- Work closely with project teams and external agencies to produce innovative and engaging store concepts.
- Coordinate the design and programme process of store development projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, understanding their commercial strategies and elevating the store experience.
- Drive efficiencies and improvements in all store development projects, prioritizing customer and staff experience.
- Proven experience in retail project management, with a focus on store development and visual merchandising.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries and a full driving license.
