About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Daylesford Farm team in our award-winning Trough restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

About You

  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment is highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
  • Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends, is essential.
  • People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service are encouraged to apply.
