About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Daylesford Farm, a renowned luxury café and farm shop in the Cotswolds. As a Bartender, you will be an ambassador for The Bamford Collection, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Work effectively with the café team to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies and assisting with inventory management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
