About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Daylesford Farm team in our award-winning Trough restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and cocktails, to the highest standards.
  • Work effectively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and supporting the team during busy periods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, with opportunities for career progression.
About You
  • You will have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
