Branch Sales Manager

About this Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will be a key member of the branch team, responsible for supporting the Branch Manager and driving sales performance. With a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed, you will lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Sales, Margin and Profit Performance: Ensure the team/branch is staffed to deliver budget daily.
- Measure and Manage Sales Advisors against their KPI's
- Communicate with the Team on a daily basis, providing team briefs, updates on performance, and constructive feedback where customer standards aren't being met
- Recognise excellence through constructive feedback and use positive communication to engage the team.
- Engage the team in achieving branch goals and challenge any disruptive behaviour
- E nsure the team delivers excellent customer service and keep the Branch Manager up to date.
- Solve issues where customer service requirements are not met
- Instil a solution-based customer service mentality
Working Hours:
Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a strong, sales-driven environment, providing excellent customer service. Key qualities include:
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Driven to achieve
- Able to set high standards of work and appearance
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident and capable of leading by example
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ideal experience in P&L Management, commercial management exposure
- Previous use of MAM or Allicat desirable
- Automotive knowledge beneficial but not essential
