Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our new Extra Care Scheme in Ash Brow. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with medication, meals, and mobility.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with dementia care, including memory stimulation and behavioral support.
  • Administer emergency first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
