Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team at Medstrom. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery and maintenance of our products.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A full UK driving license is essential, and experience with delivery driving and route planning would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and install products within agreed delivery times
  • Maintain and repair products as required
  • Collect products after use and return to the service location for decontamination
  • Disinfect, function check, repair and electrical safety test products
  • Complete records of testing, delivery and collection

A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, inclusive of benefits such as contributory pension scheme, discounts and cashback on shopping, supermarkets and holidays, 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, and salary sacrifice schemes including Cycle to Work, is available to the successful candidate.
