Senior Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing all stages of the bidding process, from initial response to final submission.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire bidding process, including responding to Requests for Information (RFI), Expressions of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and Invitations to Tender (ITT)
- Utilize an APMP bid management process and associated tools to manage opportunities
- Oversee the process through all stages to completion, providing structure and adhering to deadlines
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, track and report on tender outcomes
- Responsible for writing and creating content, working with the Bid team on specific projects and contributing to the enrichment of the bid library
- Build relationships with subject matter experts, ensuring their contributions are delivered on time and in line with requirements
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with guidelines and bid management standards
- Gather and coordinate technical data from internal departments and stakeholders, interpreting the material for the target audience
- Experience in writing and understanding complex bid and proposal documentation for large organizations
- Public sector exposure, including MOD, CCS, NHS, and Local Government, as well as private sector exposure in Commercial, Retail, and Automotive
- Held relationships at all stakeholder levels
- APMP qualifications would be advantageous
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for an international audience and an excellent eye for detail
