Practice Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our Fostering Team at Northampton Children's Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in fostering management.
About the Position- You will collaborate closely with colleagues from various teams to ensure effective placement utilisation, stability, and necessary support.
- Safeguarding and the implementation of the Signs of Safety approach will be central to your work, alongside maintaining excellent compliance across your cohort through effective tracking.
- You should have a solid understanding of Fostering Regulations, Fostering National Minimum Standards, and Care Planning and Placement Regulations.
- A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England is essential for this role.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are required.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in fostering management.
