Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist

Rodericks Dental is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lead generation and direct lead management to optimise RDP opportunities.
  • Achieve timely completion of acquisition profit and loss assessments for MAC presentation.
  • Build relationships with practice owners and stakeholders to support deal progression.
Requirements:
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and rapport skills.
  • National travel and evening practice visits required.
  • Able to work independently to deadline and with accuracy.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + company expenses and car allowance.
