Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, seeks a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join its High Wycombe office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Monitor client balances and credit conditions, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
  2. Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments, adhering to strict cut-off times and maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Reconcile inbound and outbound payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Investigate payment and banking queries, providing accurate updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  5. Cover foreign exchange positions, ensuring accurate reporting and timely execution of trades.
  6. Deliver exotic currency payments, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to strict deadlines.
  7. Manage internal balances, executing daily cash sweeps and ensuring accurate reporting.
  8. Investigate unallocated and/or non-received funds, resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Support internal teams in resolving client account discrepancies, providing accurate updates and timely assistance.
  10. Communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating problems as needed.
  11. Adhere to internal policies, processes, and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance.
  12. Participate in ad-hoc projects to maintain and improve business growth, developing and maintaining knowledge of processes to ensure consistent competency and meet KPIs.
  13. Manage caseload throughout the end-to-end process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  14. Monitor personal performance, ensuring targets and standards are met, and identifying areas for improvement.
  15. Effectively find data and build MI reports from internal and external sources, providing accurate insights and recommendations.
  16. Work flexibly within a high-performing team to ensure team goals and personal deliverables are achieved.
  17. Share knowledge and experience constructively as a team player, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
