Job Title: Regulatory Liaison Specialist

Job Summary: MERJE Ltd is seeking an experienced Regulatory Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization's compliance with prudential regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prudential regulatory matters
  • Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging regulatory trends and potential impacts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key regulatory bodies
  • Provide expert advice on prudential regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies and policies

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of UK financial services regulation, particularly prudential requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar regulatory liaison or compliance role within the financial sector
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory information
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
