Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Childcare Services Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and organizing the Before and After School club.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans for the Before and After School club, including setting up resources and engaging with children.
- Implement good practice and promote a positive ethos in a professional and inclusive manner.
- Promote diversity and respect for children's life experiences.
- Line manage and performance review childcare staff.
- Organize staff rotas and cover.
- Ensure that childcare fees are charged and paid on time.
The successful candidate will be flexible, creative, and committed to providing outstanding childcare/education. You will work collaboratively with our supportive and friendly team to deliver high-quality services.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £30,296 to £34,834 pro rata, plus 25 hours of guaranteed work per week. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
