North East, United Kingdom Changing Lives Full time

We are committed to transforming lives at Changing Lives. As an Accommodation Project Worker, you will join a passionate team working tirelessly to support vulnerable individuals.

Your key duties will involve crafting comprehensive support plans, guiding residents through the housing application process, and teaching essential life skills such as managing finances.

Our residential service offers a male-only, shared accommodation for 18 residents aged 18+, consisting of assessment and supported living phases. By providing a secure and supportive setting, we enable residents to establish a strong foundation for personal growth.

We provide critical support to individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, being a veteran, or having survived abuse. Beyond offering a place to live, our accommodations serve as a catalyst for renewal and self-improvement.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design customized support plans, assist residents in securing stable housing, and cultivate long-term resilience.

This role demands flexibility, with a variable schedule that may include weekend and bank holiday shifts to meet the evolving needs of our residents.

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
