We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Able Personnel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom instruction for payroll levels 2 and 3, conducting mock tests to prepare apprentices for their roles in the workforce, creating progress reports for learners, and attending team meetings and contributing to discussions.

A strong understanding of teaching qualifications such as TAQA, A1, D32/D33, CAVA, or equivalent is essential. Alternatively, candidates with 3 years of occupational experience in payroll and some teaching experience may also be considered.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £35,000, including a bonus of approximately £5,000.
