Job Title: Employment Specialist

Aspire Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and initiative-taking Employment Specialist to support unemployed customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in to employment and those currently off sick to return to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in to employment
  • Help customers currently off sick to return to the workplace
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support customers in achieving their employment goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mental health and its impact on employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
