Mego Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage detailed records and maintain organization, even in fast-paced environments.
- Gather important data for reports, compile updates, and register new leads every Monday.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organize client appointments.
- Manage expenses, monitor time allocation for various projects, and coordinate regular meetings, including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and setting everything up smoothly.
- Provide support to other board members as needed.
Requirements:
