Bid Management Specialist

At Willmott Dixon, we are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our preconstruction team in the North-East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the bid process, managing internal and external resources, and delivering successful bids on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the bid process, including developing project strategies, ensuring regular monitoring and reporting, and instigating pre-emptive and corrective actions as required.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver successful bids, ensuring the company's sustainability objectives are met and exceeded.
- Maintain continuous professional development of yourself and your team to ensure appropriate technical awareness and best practices.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of successful projects, including experience in managing diverse technical input, understanding complex construction schemes, and leading the bid process. If you have previously worked in a construction technical role, including but not limited to Operations, Planning, Commercial, Design, or Estimating, this will be beneficial.
