Key Role Summary

This role will be responsible for managing the pre-construction bid process, ensuring successful bid submissions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the preconstruction team to develop commercial strategies and manage customer expectations.

Bid Management Responsibilities

  • Lead a bid team, including internal and external resources, to develop and submit tenders for construction projects.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals and company objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations through regular communication and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of bid documents, including tender responses and supporting documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction bids, a strong understanding of commercial and technical aspects of construction projects, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
