Bid Management Specialist

At Willmott Dixon, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for leading the bid process for projects ranging in value from £5m to £70m across various sectors, including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, transport, and Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals.
- Lead the bid process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities.
- Continuously develop and improve technical awareness and best practices within the team.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successful projects, experience in managing diverse technical input, and a strong understanding of complex construction schemes. If you have previously worked in a construction technical role, including but not limited to Operations, Planning, Commercial, Design, or Estimating, this will be highly beneficial.
