As a key member of our Donor Ministries Department, you will play a crucial role in growing our network of supporters and maximising income and prayer support into the ministry.

This is a remote job, requiring a candidate to be based in London (within the M25) and have a driving license and vehicle. One office day will be required per week in our West Midlands office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fundraising and donations, ensuring effective stewardship of resources.
  • Engage and secure new networks of support, building relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Minister to donors and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build a portfolio of key influencers, leveraging their networks to drive growth and development.
  • Manage existing donors and relationships, nurturing and growing these connections.
  • Deliver messages (public speaking) to Churches, conferences, events, and other key stakeholders.
  • Host meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our vision and goals.
  • Reporting and updating our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Planning and budgeting, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Travelling to meetings, representing our organisation with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a fundraising/ business development/relationship management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Networking experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our vision and goals.
  • Relationship building skills and nurturing skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and driven, with a passion for growing our network of supporters.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • It literate, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Experience in prayer ministry, with a deep understanding of our organisation's values and mission.

An existing network of church and Christian influencer contacts is highly desirable, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension and hybrid working arrangements.
