We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Wirral Premier Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing our housekeeping and leadership teams, and driving excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive hotel performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
