Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Wirral (Childer Thornton) Premier Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
