We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Wirral Premier Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing our housekeeping and leadership teams, and driving excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate our housekeeping and leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive hotel performance and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve hotel standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
