At Dorset Software, we are seeking a skilled Career Development Coach to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of £34,000-£39,400, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, in our office based location.
