About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Antonia Saunders. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Assist with monthly financial reconciliations, prepare and enter financial data into Excel, and manage office expenses.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, managing filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- HR Support: Manage employee HR files, coordinate employee onboarding, and provide support with employee benefits.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Assist with various ad-hoc requests, including flower orders, appointment booking, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a Family Office or UHNW environment.
- Language: Fluent Russian and English language skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of c. £35,000 - £40,000 DOE, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
