Area 2 – North Assistant Manager

As a key member of our Area 2 – North team, you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership and management of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to live our S.A.V.E values every day, ensuring our customers receive the best quality sustainably sourced fish and chips in the UK.
To achieve this, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in your role. You will be one of your store's customer champions, working closely with your Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Prepare and cook all menu items to a high standard
- Lead by example, developing a high-performing team through great communication and role modeling
- Have Fun – create a culture that encourages equal opportunities for all colleagues to thrive
- Promote high standards of Food Hygiene
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times
- Drive Store performance to achieve key targets and budgets
- Work closely with your Operations Manager to maximize turnover and profitability
