About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Site Manager to join our team at Bellway. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective works at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the development and provide clear direction to those working on the construction site regarding their responsibilities and targets.
  2. Implement and maintain health and safety procedures, working closely with Bellway Health and Safety Managers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  3. Motivate and manage directly employed site staff, providing training, coaching, and support to improve performance and ensure high-quality work.
  4. Ensure site presentation is maintained at the correct standard at all times.
  5. Deliver all aspects of production requirements in accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation.
  6. Conform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.
  7. Update and maintain accurate production/progress returns and site records.
Requirements
  1. Experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder.
  2. Effective team management and leadership skills.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.
  4. GCSE Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  5. Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
  6. Valid SMSTS certificate.
