Complete Talent Services is seeking a skilled Certification Engineer to join our team. As a Certification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify incoming material certification against national and international standards.
- Amend or create orders within the bill of materials and produce relevant documents.
- Produce bespoke material certification following internal manufacturing processes.
- Check laboratory test reports against purchase order requirements.
- Produce in-house NDT reports and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
- Liaise with 3rd party inspectors regarding material certification releases.
- Liaise with clients regarding material certification queries.
- Liaise with third party test laboratories regarding material sample releases and expediting outstanding orders.
- Interface with commercial, technical, manufacturing, and expediting departments.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science).
- Experience working with quality/materials documentation in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of quality standards used in the Oil and Gas/Nuclear sector (advantageous).
