We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Account Manager to join our team in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads into specifications that will become projects. This is a vital role in the success of our business, and there are already plans to build a team around you.



In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and design teams to invite specifiers to attend meetings and CPDs. You will also be responsible for managing CPD enquiries and bookings, including certification creation and distribution to attendees. Additionally, you will manage project schedules and diligently follow up on Next Action Dates (NADs).



We are looking for an individual with a strong background in construction and a passion for customer-facing roles. As a Graduate Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment after probation, with a supportive team and opportunities for upskilling and career advancement. You will also have the option to transition into the engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage CPD enquiries and bookings, including certification creation and distribution to attendees.

  • Manage project schedules and diligently follow up on Next Action Dates (NADs).

  • Proactively contact architects, engineers, and design teams to invite specifiers to attend meetings and CPDs.

  • Personalised progression

  • Flexible hours



Requirements:



  • Experience dealing with customers

  • Graduate from a technical / construction background

  • Happy in a customer-facing role
