As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our site users, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, and implementing a facilities management system that meets the needs of our operation.
Key Responsibilities- Select and appoint contractors to complete statutory requirements, such as fire, electricity, water, gas, and groundskeeping services.
- Supervise cleaning operations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure all statutory checks are managed and recorded.
- Manage contractors for works and determine schedules accordingly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, well-organized, and responsible. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
