Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Accounting and Reporting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and reviewing management reports that provide relevant and timely information on the financial performance of the business.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience in forecasting and budgeting, as well as strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build trust and develop cohesive teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and produce monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and forecasts.
  2. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and post accounting transactions accurately and timely.
  3. Analyze P&L variances to ensure all transactions are appropriate and substantiated.
  4. Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting as needed.
  5. Perform ad-hoc analysis and collaborate with other Finance Departments.
  6. Communicate effectively with different parts of the organisation to achieve common goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with organisational changes, financial regulations, and market trends.
  8. Respond appropriately to issues requiring confidentiality.
  9. Interact with Internal and External Auditors.

Salary and Benefits
