Job Title: Indirect Tax Manager - EMEA

The EMEA Indirect Tax Manager will play a key role in supporting all indirect tax matters in the EMEA Region. This includes strategic approach, compliance processes, VAT recovery, ESG taxes, and business technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the company's strategic approach for indirect tax matters in EMEA.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Operate as a business partner to enable new business initiatives and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with global shared service centres to support indirect compliance and audit support.
  • Manage outsourced service providers for technical, process, or project support.
  • Partner with the tax technology team to drive transformation projects and ERP implementations.
  • Support tax authority communications, including tax controversy and audits.
  • Support indirect tax matters related to business transformation and supply chain projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation developments and communicate to the EMEA teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or tax from an accredited institution.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting and tax.
  • Significant and relevant indirect tax experience, preferably with a 'Big 4' background.
  • Indirect tax knowledge with a broad EMEA scope, including international technical topics.
