Job Title: Aspiring SEN Teacher

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Salary Scale: £18,000-£22,000 per annum DOE

Start date: ASAP

Contract type: Long Term Contract with a view to permanent placement

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to support children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our specialist provision school. Our students have well to high cognitive abilities and require varying levels of support.

This role is ideal for someone who aspires to pursue a career in teaching or youth work, particularly those interested in SEN, mental health, wellbeing, counselling, or social justice.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualised support and develop key personal skills in our students. You will be working in classes of 3-6 pupils with a staff-to-student ratio of 1:1.
