  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and therapeutic professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's SEN provision and help shape its future direction.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SEN education as the school expands its GCSE provision and adds a new site.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have proven experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of autism, anxiety, and demand avoidance.
