Job Description

Your Mission:

We are seeking a proactive professional with a knack for managing and monitoring change to support the successful implementation of our Programme Change Management Plan.

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that all stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with progress of all submitted changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Implementation: Assist in implementing and continually reviewing the Programme Change Management Plan to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Update Change Register: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register, reflecting the status of changes within the project.
  • Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
