Care Support Lead

We are recruiting for a Care Support Lead to join our Meallmore Ltd. care team in Airth, Falkirk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional care standards and promoting a positive work environment.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and overall quality of life.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a care leadership role or equivalent position.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Social Services and Healthcare SVQ level 3 or above/equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
