We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Stirling. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing essential support to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through our referral scheme. We offer a competitive package that includes guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rates, and a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and career development.

To be successful in this role, you will require a driving license and access to a vehicle for work. You must also have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a PVG check.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, such as continence support, washing, and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
