We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Connected Persons Fostering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the supervision of connected persons foster carers and the support of special guardians.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience of working with carers within the family network. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity, and have a good understanding of the needs of children and families.

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of referrals coming into the team, including quality assurance of positive initial assessments. You will also be required to work on a rota basis to provide support to the team.
