Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Disability team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Practitioner/Deputy Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering effective services for children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional supervision and adhere to Social Work England's code of practice.
- Contribute to team development and complex assessments.
- Collaborate with other agencies to ensure the well-being of service users.
- Manage and deliver services efficiently, with flexibility and commitment to working outside office hours.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Good knowledge and post-qualifying experience in children's or adults' services.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
