Job Opportunity: Senior Practitioner/Deputy Team Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner/Deputy Team Manager to join our Children's Disability team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering high-quality services for children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional supervision and guidance to team members
  • Ensure compliance with Social Work England's code of practice and relevant legislation
  • Contribute to team growth and development, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Strong knowledge and post-qualifying experience in children's or adults' services
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions
