Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Park Holidays UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repairs across our holiday parks. This includes plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and other tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will also be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work carried out and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the holiday park.
  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of equipment and facilities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Undertake gardening duties, including mowing lawns, weeding, planting, and maintaining outdoor spaces.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
