Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to achieve high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of stock takes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and nights
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
